10 stars!! Food was so delicious!! Locals told us about Jackie’s Brickhouse Eatery being the go-to for locals, bragging about her food. My hubby ordered the Sausage gravy chicken fried steak that I almost stole from him because it’s the best Sausage gravy I’ve ever had! The pancakes were huge, and so delicious. We’re going back in the morning so I can order the Sausage gravy and biscuit and have it all to myself! Jackie, the owner, is a famous LA Reporter, was there working, greeting her customers and so pleasant to talk to. She even makes her famous French crapes on Sunday’s! I can’t say enough about this unique dining establishment. If you’re even in Monticello, you should stop in to meet Ms. Jackie and enjoy her delicious food.

I recently visited Jackie's Brickhouse Eatery at 190 N Jefferson St, in Monticello, FL. When passing through town I noticed this place for breakfast. I am so glad I stopped. I ordered the bacon, eggs, and bacon plate and it was delicious. The staff checked on me and kept my coffee filled. A real good place to eat!
